Sent to all my friends and family - finally a balanced and erudite piece that mentions "the planet" and "vegetarianism" without becoming didactic or extremist. And the tel number of the best butcher in Jhb :)

Agree with Kitty. Valuable, readable, fun and useful. I haven't been able to bring myself to eat cows for a while now, but this suggests a way to fall off the meatwagon now and again with a clear conscience. Thanks, MM!
